Japan Travelogue Series: Awesome Store
Awesome or “sugoi!” in Japanese is a popular expression of delight. “Awesome Store” opened in Omotesando, Harajuku in 2014. The store was inspired by the shops in the Brooklyn district of New York. There are so many cute things to find and as the store claims, “there is no such thing as a “normal” product.” Everything you find at Awesome Store has a sense or fun to it with about a hundred new products going on sale each month.
